Vinis Foods was conceived during one of my many travels around the world, soaking in the countryside and exploring food culture. Having lived in Australia and UK for many years, farmers markets were a part of my weekly routine. I would stock up on my fresh, homemade natural sauces and Italian condiments there. Italian food for me was soulful, easy to make and quite comforting on the cold winter days when I wanted to fix something quickly for the family, yet had enormous possibility for creating fancy meals for my dinner parties.

Moving back to India years back, I was unable to find the same taste and texture in the Italian sauces, so I started making my own sauces. Friends loved it and asked for sauces to replicate the same experience for their families. It was so easy now for them to cook a quick meal and spend more time with family instead of the kitchen. Word spread and soon I found myself setting up a company, creating a set up in my kitchen to make sauces, working on packaging and going out and delivering the products myself to start with.
From picking out robust red tomatoes to creating beautifully packaged Italian sauce jars, My purpose was to bring joy and effortlessness in our everyday lives.
